The Flying Connoisseur guides are the author’s personal recommendations of the peak food, wine and arts experiences in the city or wine district of your choice. Flying Connoisseur has selected the entries

to represent the character and style of each city or wine district to the best of the author’s ability. They reflect the author’s personal taste.

Each entry includes a short description of the style and offers price and details of the address, telephone number in that area and website, if existing. It offers examples – such as menu items, when applicable. Every endeavour is made to keep the information accurate and up-to-date, but Flying Connoisseur cannot be responsible for all changes. In a case of genuine proved customer
disatisfaction, Flying Connoisseur is willing to exchange the purchase with another of the FC guides.
